Dr. Contreras was not helpful at all. My university denied my letter several times because Dr. told me it was illegal for what they were asking for. Under housing and the Disability Department it was not. My university even contacted him directly and he never got back to my messages or theirs.

Pettable put me in contact with a mental health professional in my state within 2 hours of my initial contact. Emilie was professional, compassionate, and understanding of my situation. She also offered additional resources to assist me going forward beyond the reason for the contact. My ESA letter was waiting for me when I woke up as promised. The letter was skillfully written while protecting my privacy. I could not be happier with the care and professionalism of Emilie and Pettable's ability to connect us. Was a little concerned at first when the therapist didn't call me at the designated time. Customer service was quick to contact him, to which he was able to contact me shortly after. Super nice therapist, very understanding and listened to everything I said without interrupting me. Very knowledgeable and I felt at easy talking to him. I have already recommended pettable to a few people I know. Thank you for allowing me the ability to have my companions anywhere I go, it has made this transition to a new place much easier! I appreciate this company and all they have to offer!

I asked numerous questions before I paid and everyone was extremely helpful. After I paid I was then given a wonderful counselor, however I didn't see a place to pay the $30.00 fee for my paperwork so I sent another message and again got an immediate response from Pettable. I then asked them to forward the message to my counselor to show it was paid and they responded immediately. I'm very pleased with the customer service and the referral I got Karen is wonderful! Thank you if I know anyone in the future that needs an animal certified I will definitely recommend you.
