This is a great litter box and my two cats love it. Also had an issue with the globe, contacted customer service which was excellent and they sent me a new globe. Very easy process.

一年ほど使いましたが圧倒的性格の質があがります。毎日猫砂をスコップであさる必要もなくなり自動的にゴミ袋にまとめられているのでゴミ出しも週一で済んで楽です。 また商品のデザインも可愛くて好きです。 サポートセンターの対応も早くとても親切で会社自体にも信頼を置けます。

Es wird umgehend geholfen, die Antwort kommt meist noch am gleichen Tag. Habe ungelogen noch nie einen so fantastischen und unproblematischen Kundenservice erlebt. Egal ob Hilfe bei der Funktionsweise oder Garantieleistung. Wir sind froh, uns für Petsnowy entschieden zu haben, ich hatte wirklich sämtliche automatischen Katzentoiletten verglichen, und seit es das Gerät in Creme gibt finde ich es noch einen Tick besser, optisch.
