What a terrible company. We ordered in December 2024. It is now June 2025 and we still haven’t received our order. Christmas passed, my dad’s birthday passed and Father’s Day is about to pass and this company continues to make excuses as to why it hasn’t been shipped. The plush dogs pic looks nothing like our dog so I’m not sure what is happening but stay away from this company.

If we could give a NEGATIVE star review we would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We have been waiting OVER 6 months. No way to call their customer service. Their website says 100% customer satisfaction. They have denied our request for a full refund EVEN though we have NOT received our Plush. AGAIN - DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY.

My dog didn’t come out ANYWHERE near the quality as advertised. I asked for a refund because the website says “100% GUARANTEED” they tried to “fix it” and then it still didn’t come out, after not hearing from them for over 6 weeks they reach out, after not responding right after a week (I was getting my phone replaced) they “shipped” my pet and REFUSED TO REFUND ME. Even though I reached out BEFORE the shipping date confirmation. A “7-9 week delivery” took close to 6 months and my 8 year old son would have done a better job. GROSLY MISLEADING! RUN RUN RUN! My dog is GREY - THEY MADE IT BLACK - its eyes have white round it from the terrible stitching. And ALL they did for the fix- was make the already black fur darker - and bring in the white eye seams (which are still visible) so it looks like the dog has white eyeliner around its eyes- it’s NOT GOOD AT ALL! They fill this site with 5star fake reviews to bring up their TERRIBLE REVIEWS!

How is it possible that ALL these other orders were fulfilled when certain people had zero communication? Fake reviews? They can absolutely do that! Why would all these other people have such an amazing experience when everyone else here is getting the same song and dance about fires and inability to keep up. ai writes so well! This is not AI generated, its REAL. I ordered my replica December 23, never heard from anyone other than automated email telling me my plush was being started, then nothing for months. I reached out repeatedly and heard back each time with a form email including more excuses and telling me I needed to be patient as they had too many orders to fulfill. At the same time, I continued to receive emails with offers of sales and discounts to new clients. I reached about this also and was not offered any compensation or discount or refund, so after five months, I called Visa and got my money back. Thanks for compounding my grief and pretending that you give AF about people while profiting off their grief and showing zero integrity as a business. The web page is so convincing isn't it? I'm moving on to other options and I highly urge othr potential customers to save your money, time and patience and go elsewhere.

By far the most detailed replica of my sweet boy it was worth all the wait to see him again. The detail to his colors and patterns were spot on. Thank you for honoring our fur baby

OMG!!! The cutest gift ever. I got the Corgi backpack for my granddaughter and she literally cried happy tears. The quality is incredible, it's soft and adorable plus it actually holds all of her necessities. I'm getting one for me next

The company itself is a decent platform. Making custom plush animals of deceased pets requires an empathetic person to take the reins and make sure a level of compassion and support is upheld every step of the way. The experience I received was nothing close to that. Backstory; my sisters heart cat suddenly passed away in December, weeks after our dad passed away. I decided to get her this plush so she has him forever. I did research on EVERY custom plush supplier out there and Petslify had the shortest turnaround time(8 weeks). It would make it in for her birthday. Perfect. I place my order, send all the photos I can gather, info, etc. I get the generic "your plush is in production, good things are in the works, and, your plush is almost done" emails from Petslify and thought everything is on track. Flash forward to week 9, I send a follow up email asking if I can get a tracking number as it's now past the production window and everything should be ready to go. Nope. "Alex" from the customer support team says my plush is still in production and that the 8 week timeframe is an estimate not a rule. Okay. Let's wait a few more weeks and send another update. Same thing. "Still in production." I have zero proof at this point that the plush is even started and I'm getting skeptical that it's actually being made yet. So I want a month before reaching or again. This is now the end of April. 2 months past the 8 week timeframe for reference. Same answer. Still in production. Now I'm upset. I then left them an ultimatum; if I don't see photographic proof that my plush is either being worked on or completed by May 15 I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company and Shopify. They again sent the generic "sorry for the delay your order is in production" email. Lo and behold a week and a half later (today) I get an email with "courtesy sneak peek photos" and that I can make changes if I want though I didn't pay for that in my order. At this point the plush is as close to the cat as I think they can make it so I reply and say it's fine. Just give me a shipping number already. I then get a follow up email BRIBING ME FOR A REVIEW ON THIS WEBSITE saying there's bots and bad actors leaving negative reviews and that if I give them 5 stars and show them proof they'll give me a *free gift* I'm pretty sure that's against guidelines. Good thing I have email proof! At the end of the day my sister gets her cat back in the only way I can bring him back. And I get a few more gray hairs on my head throughout this ordeal. This is my first and last order with Petslify

The love and care the Petslify team put into their work is above all. I had reached out for an update on my order and found out that the warehouse was affected by the California fires but the team were still diligently working on what they could. Customer service is excellent. I promise your order will be worth the wait. The way they match colours and length of fur and patterns is so impressive. True artists.
