Hello Mary Lou, We love hearing about the dogs we are helping. My dog Bella is very finicky as well. When I started the company I had multiple samples sent out to determine the taste. I never knew a dog could projectile spit until I saw my Bella spit out a chew she didn't like. It took only a year, lol, but we found a nice balance between high quality formula and taste. I see that you ordered as a "one time purchase" to try out first. I would suggest switching over to a monthly subscription as it is 30% less.
