I have tried many different products for itchy skin but this is the only product that did as it promised the itching stopped and her coat was beautiful. I would highly recommend this product.

Product Works! My American Bulldog was scratching himself until he bled. He's allergic to just about everything! After two weeks he started scratching less. After about a month he stopped scratching all together. His fir is soft and no more red irritated area's. Love this product!

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago and still have not received it, I call they check it out an d found my order had the wrong zip code entered, I was told they would ship my order again using the correct zip code. I sure hope so because my fur baby sure needs his itch chews.

I had an auto ship and since losing one of our pets, we needed to suspend the auto ship. I left a voice message afterhours which was returned very promptly next day.

We love the Itch Relief chews we got got our dogs! Our older dogs were having a terrible time with scratching snd chewing. They all four lost patches of fur, and a couple had sores from all the scratching. We noticed a difference in just a few weeks! And now, the sores are gone, the fur has grown back, and they are much more relaxed and happy. Highly recommend this product!!!!

Hello Cynzia. We never just send products to a customer unless they order. If you go back and view petscy.com you will see that the order process is clear when ordering. You can order the product as an one time purchase or on subscription. You may have ordered on subscription on accident which happens You can contact PetScy and return the item for a full refund.
