Hey Jaqueline, I went into your order to provide refund your order the 15%. However, the 15% was discounted from the order. Did you use a different code? If not, the code was applied. Let me know, thanks Chris Founder

Hello Adrian, Can you please provide a few more details so I can look into this and see what happened? Our goal is to make cancellation as easy as possible, so if you had a difficult experience, I'd like to understand where the process broke down. Currently, customers can cancel in several ways: Email or call our support team (our contact information is printed on the bottle, product inserts, and shipping label). Visit PetScy.com and click the Help tab. From there, customers can log directly into their account (a one-time password is texted for convenience) to manage or cancel their subscription. From the Help Center, customers will also find step-by-step cancellation instructions, along with a button that allows them to email customer support directly if they prefer not to log into their account. Simply reply to any order confirmation email, which is sent with every processed order. The only exception is if an order has already been processed for shipment. At that point, we're unable to stop the shipment, but we're always happy to provide a prepaid return label for a full refund. Please let me know where you felt the process became difficult so I can personally review it and determine whether this is something we need to improve or if it was simply an isolated issue. Thank you, Chris Founder
