I registered my dog then decided to order a collar with chip number on it. It came damaged they offered to repair it. They have had it for over a month. I have emailed several times. They have ghosted me!!! The collar cost over $40.00!!!! At this point I want my money back!@! Do not order from them!!!

The pet location service is outstanding. My furry children broke jail, somehow. It is still a mystery. Within 90 minutes I was alerted that my boys had been located and a phone number of the "parole officer" who had found them. Awesome Stuff!

It worked! And with a little caring help from my sweet neighbors. I came home on the 4/3 to an empty yard. My old male retriever was brought home within the hour. I was really panicked because my year old female retriever was still missing. She is a registered cream colored retriever not neutered. I was really fearful that someone would take her to be in a puppy mill. Your mind goes to some pretty dark places when a loved one is missing. I got a call the next day from the vet clinic near our house that someone brought her in and they read the micro chip. We didn’t have tags on the dogs. My bad. Definitely worth the money to chip.

My one-year-old partI yorky turned up missing. He was gone for two days. On the third day I received a text saying “your dog has been found” and gave me the location of the animal clinic in which he was taken to. I am so so grateful that he was chipped and we were reunited.

GREAT SERVICE. While we were out of town, gusty winds blew open our gate and set our little hairy guy out and he went on a holiday walk. A neighbor noticed him a few yards away and called him over and noticed his Petlink collar and called in his location. Long story short...... Our hairy little guy is back home safe and sound. Thanks Petlink.

Horrible company. Purchased a dog from a breeder that was already chipped. On my existing account I followed all of Petlink's instructions to transfer chip from breeder account to my account. They refused to accept the proof that they requested and basically told me I was out of luck.

I ordered a harness for my dog. Since it stated there was no possibility of returns or exchanges I made sure I used the provided chart to measure the sections of my dog several times (What kind of reputable company has this rule- should have been my first clue). I ordered the harness based on Petlink supplied site chart. Once received I tried to fit it to my dog and even at the smallest setting it was still too big. Contacted Petlink by email and they emailed me back a link to the statement about no exchanges or returns. I emailed them about using their chart and needed to contact a supervisor. No reply so I am stuck with a $70 harness I can't use. Worthless customer service and can't be bothered to compromise or keep a customer happy. Do not use this company for any accessory unless you want to be disappointed!

I purchased a pet link collar for my poodle. Her name was not readable on one side because of the stitching and the length adjuster covered the other side. The quality of the collar is so poor I would never use it except in conjunction with a more secure collar with name tags. I was unable to open the clasp. Pet link offered to replace it because of the clasp but will not refund me because it is the policy written when you make the purchase. I would never have expected such poor quality for 17.99 and 5.95 shipping. What a shame on their part.
