I want a refund. Customer service is slow. When I was trying to track my dog it gave me an over 100 mile radius of where she could possibly be. Saying she was over 30 miles away from home but when I called my neighbor to go check on her she was at home. I do not recommend.

I applied to transfer my pets microchip after adopting from a rescue. I received confirmation that it went through. I ordered a microchip tag. The next day I received an email notifying me again that the transfer went through and I was being removed as the pet owner. My payment also went through the day before. I logged on to my account and all of my pets information was removed. I contacted support immediately and they said they had to send the call to someone above them. I have yet to hear a word from anyone.

It lis taking way too long to receive my pets tag ordered on the 27th of August and it is now the 17th os September. Was wondering if was coming by pony Express?

I have two PetLink devices. One for each of my French Bulldogs. A couple of months ago I began getting false notifications indicating that one of the dogs had escaped the yard when that simply was not the case. My dogs were in the house with me when the notification(s) were sent. This occurred with both of the trackers we have. This was not an isolated occurrence. It occurs pretty much daily and usually occurs multiple times per day. I contacted PetLink and made them aware of the problem. They seemed concerned and willing to try to identify the problem. To date, they have yet to come up with a solution. I had suggested that I return my two devices and they could send me replacements. I never got a response to my suggestion. After going back and forth with the PetLink staff I made no progress toward solving my problem. They just kept telling me that they would run my problems by the 'tech people'. These tech people never were able to identify a fix for my problem. As it stands today, I have two PetLink devices that, because of the false notifications, are pretty much useless to me. Not only did I pay to purchase these things, but I also had to subscribe to the GPS app. All in, I spent $400 to be able to track my dogs should they escape my yard. When you receive multiple false notices on a daily basis, you begin to question the validity of all the notices. If I can't trust a GPS Tracker to send alerts only when my dog is really on the loose, then I have no use for the tracking device or the GPS app. I want my $400, or a reasonable portion thereof, returned!

I purchased the PetLink GPS collar because they advertised peace of mind knowing I could locate my dog if she ever got out. Unfortunately, the very first night we activated it, the collar sent multiple escape alerts throughout the night when my dog was actually safely at home. One alert showed her several miles away, and another showed her nearly 20 miles away. I contacted PetLink immediately, but it took weeks of back-and-forth emails to get anywhere. Their tech team suggested the issue might be related to Wi-Fi, even though we have brandnew Wi-Fi located right next to the dogs. The collar has essentially been sitting unused since the first night because I don't trust it to accurately tell me where my dog is. I repeatedly asked for a return label and a refund. Eventually, PetLink refunded the subscription and canceled the account, but refused to refund the device because it was outside their 30-day return window. The most frustrating part was how long it took to get a response and how much effort was required on my end to simply get help with a product that didn't work correctly from the start. I purchased this specifically for my dog's safety, so inaccurate escape alerts are not a minor inconvenience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend relying on this product for something as important as knowing where your dog is. It was a waste of both my time and money.

This company is a scam - they use a subscription model for your pet's microchip to work to its full capacity. I highly recommend that, when you're having your pet microchipped, you ask your vet which company it will be registered with. Avoid this company - they're greedy for trying to hold your pet's safety hostage behind a paywall.

I jad to buy a second unit because battery goes dead on battery saver mode very quick. That required a 2nd gps subscription. Told company issue and that really the battery should be able to be swapped out like a drill battery so you dont new a new gps subscription. Poor, Poor help from customer service , no real understanding of issue, just send more money
