Pet Link worked when my dog needed it. You kind of forget about this very important chip until you lose your dog. But. Pet link called me right away. I did not answer thinking it was a scam number. But they left a very detail message I got my dog back in 2 hours

Absolutely amazing staff Kind, caring and loving. They took very good care of my cat Ishmael after safely trapping him out in Russellton When he got out while visiting my uncle… If it wasn’t for them, I might not have ever gotten my baby back. I am eternally grateful and so is he. He’s safely home with me and his brothers, after four long months during the winter out in the wilderness… 🫶🫶🫶🫶😻😻😻😻🙏🙏🙏🙏

This review is about their silicone dog tag. It's a nice soft tag but extremely poor quality. After 4 months the silicone tag broke and they don't stand behind this product, zero warranty so buyer beware.

My dog was found and kept safe until I could get to her. I’m so thankful for petLink. She wears the tag on her collar as well as being chipped. The tag had the phone for PetLink and had her ID #. I’m so thankful.
