It was easy to order another collar for my dog after he broke the original collar. It is well worth the money to replace the collar through PetLink because it provides a peace of mind for me knowing his name and chip number are on it.

PetLink is easy to use and provides peace of mind. We bought it for our dogs’ trip from Florida to Costa Rica. It worked like a charm. It’s easy to setup and use.

Getting ahold of Customer Service on the phone (rare these day) Michele was sooo helpful. I expressed my concern about my using the tracker and she was able to clarify and help me right of way.
