This product doesn’t work for my cat. He won’t drink from it

Hi Gail, We're sorry to hear that your cat isn't interested in the fountain yet. Some cats just need a little time to adjust to a new water source. Try placing the fountain next to your cat's current water bowl for a few days to help with the transition. You can also experiment with the three water flow modes—Sensor Mode, Continuous Flow, and Intermittent Flow. Different cats respond differently, and changing the flow mode can increase interaction with the fountain and help attract your cat's attention. I just upgraded my petkit litter box. This has changed my life and my cat immediately jumped in and claimed it.

I ordered the EverSweet Ultra with Camera Pet Water Fountain in June 2026 and reached out to customer service approximately 2 weeks after as I hadn't received any type of update. The representative (Yael) who responded was so pleasant and gave me a very detailed explanation for the delay and assured me that my order would be fulfilled soon. I received the shipment shortly after that and am very happy with the product so far. I was very appreciative of the quick response and the clarification. Thank you PetKit for making this furmom very happy.

This fountain was an instant hit with my two cats -- one who always wants fresh water in a bowl and taps the bowl to make the water move...and the other who is a little scared of noisy stuff doesn't mind the continuous flow or the intermittent. Now to wean them off of the other fountains.

The camera does not capture the second kitten. The kittens do not like the fountain.
