Dear Jerry, We’re sorry to hear that the Purobot Max 3 hasn’t been accurately recognizing your cats. We understand how frustrating it can be when the activity reports don’t match the correct cat. The Purobot Max 3 identifies cats primarily through weight measurement. For more accurate results, please make sure the litter box is placed on a hard, level floor and not on a carpet or mat, as an uneven surface can affect the weight readings. If your cats have very similar weights, the device may also have difficulty distinguishing between them accurately. We recommend checking that the weight data for each cat in the PETKIT App is correctly set and keeping the device on a stable, hard surface. We hope these suggestions help improve the recognition accuracy, and we appreciate your feedback! – The PETKIT Team

Dear Ana, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with our after-sales service and understand how frustrating it must have been to wait so long for a replacement part and to have to follow up repeatedly. Due to Trustpilot’s platform limitations, we’re unable to access your order information or purchase channel directly through your review, so we’re unable to investigate the specific case from here. Our customer service team generally responds to emails within 24 hours. If you haven’t received a reply, please check your spam or junk folder, as emails can sometimes be filtered there. We’ve also encountered cases where customers did not receive our replies despite our team having responded. For faster and more timely assistance, we recommend contacting our customer service through the Live Chat in the PETKIT App. Our team can access your case details there and provide direct assistance. We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by this experience and appreciate your feedback. – The PETKIT Team
