so far my dog has not gone missing so i have not had to use it but customer service is very helpful

I check to make sure my dogs are registered and they always are. Other than that I have never had to locate a missing dog. I think it’s well worth the price to do the lifetime membership. The website is easy to navigate.

It was very easy to register our new puppy's microchip and Annabelle looks stunning with her new nametag

I ordered 2 different tags with name and phone #s...they were sent to me promptly and exactly how I wanted them done. Good job!

PetKey called and asked if I wanted to renew. I said I'd think about it. Then a few weeks later my debit card was charged a renewal fee for another year without my permission.
