We had our Pointer chipped March 2019. When I went to check on my membership status, I found that the number on the plastic yellow tag on her collar did NOT match with the record at the vet; had them read the chip and sure enough, staff had given us the wrong collar tag. So that's their "bad", but when I called Home Again, gave the tag number, the associate would not even tell me WHAT CITY that number was registered to. Of course, not the name of the client, but I believe the tag belonged to a missing dog named "Skye" and I would have gone to inform the vet sooner if I'd known the tag was a local one. Meanwhile, "Skye" was running around with my dog's tag?

Great service for animal owners. Work with Vet to get the animal chipped, and then access their user-friendly website to register your pet. A must for all pets. Very helpful if trying to retrieve a lost pet.
