I have ordered from you several years ago I have ALASKAN Malamutes they can sometime be rough on tags. I picked up the order form at my vet. I haven’t been able to find these anywhere else

I gave 3 stars because there are 2 things that need improvement. I was unhappy with having to pay for the chip at the vet and then get home and have to pay again to register my dog. I was under the impression that it was a certain cost and it ended up being double. There needs to be a way that all fees are made into one. The other thing is if my dog is stolen again (reason for getting her chipped for proof of ownership), there is no way to find her. This is only good if she is lost and found by someone decent. There needs to be a way to track her. Thank you for your wonderful service though. No complaints there.
