I was very happy with PetFlow but for the last few months, I have tried to order certain products and after completing my order I find out that PetFlow is out of stock. It gives me the option to receive an email when the product is back in stock but the next issue is that after receiving the emails, I log in and it says out of stock. I would rate the customer service prior to this as a 10. Unfortunately, I would say it is a 3. I spend a few hundred dollars a month and will most likely take my business elsewhere next month.

They send email -s stating that my order has shipped but it really didn’t. One rep actually told me that the tracking fir fedex takes 24 hrs. He lied through his teeth. He said he has been dealing with fedex for 3 years. I did it for over 30. One more rep lies to me I will file such a complaint on the web and I will get rid of them for good, where are the managers and supervisors?
