Always an easy experience.

Extremely disappointed with Petflow. This isn’t the first time that it has happened where it shows somethings in stock and soon as I place my order I’m told it’s on back order. This case is even worse because the only reason I ordered dog toys was to get the free shipping on the cat food that I needed and ordered. So guess what… I got the unneeded dog toys but they’ve canceled the rest of my order for the cat food which is out of stock. I’m far from a happy customer!

I am extremely disappointed that PetFlow attempts to manipulate users into the "Auto ship" subscription. It is necessary to "UN-check" or explicitly decline auto ship in order to prevent the order from being autoshipped. This is extremely underhanded and deceptive. Please remedy this. Also, please consider eliminating the term "reach out to" from your customer service vocabulary. It is insincere and presumptive. Thank you for asking for my opinion.
