The checkout was difficult and kept freezing. You could not see the entire basket, or check the basket. Because the system kept freezing- my order duplicated- and I only got to apply one coupon code. Frustrating customer service as well.

I've have a subscription for dog food for many years. I get timely notices when the product is ready to ship so I have ample time to revise the delivery date if necessary. If I order a different product, the shipping is fast. Thank you PetFlow. Keep up the great work.

Shopping at PetFlow. It is a very easy website to negotiate. Shipping is very fast. I can find all of my pets favorite items. Products are high quality - with great ingredients. Prices are very good.

Excellent service but not a wide enough range of dry dog food.

I am very happy because we have a senior cat with digestive issues and it is becoming more difficult to find what he will eat. Petflow had what we needed after much searching of multiple sites and they delivered the quantity we needed in less than 72 hours. Thank you
