This is the first time I used pet flow because I couldn't find the specialty prescription only product I wanted on another site. They didn't have it either but they did have a good substitute and it was easy to order and delivery was prompt.

Fed ex driver is awful. Leaves packages wherever he wants. I have put complaints to the company but nothing changes.

Ordered dog food, order was charged to my card, then I was notified it was out of stock. System needs to be fixed so an order can’t be processed for an out of stock item.
