prescription dry food not received until one week later. Called and was told will rush. Told Came from another warehouse. Other canned prescription and meds shipped same/ next day. I ran out before delivery on the dry. Just got excuse of Friday, weekend order , but half shipped out quickly so that wasn't true

The selection can't compare to Chewy. The delivery speed is lacking but I do like the Rakuten cash back option.

Their prices are competitive and i always use coupons. Funny i ordered just regular without autoship and it took way longer than expected. I did last order on autoship and it was here in i think 2 days, maybe 3.

Ordered Aug 8, there was a delay in processing the credit card, I'm not sure why. Credit card issue was then apparently resolved, but then the product was out of stock. I finally received the order on 8/25. 17 days for dog food. I ran out a week after the order was placed. I had to get it elsewhere. This may have been a fluke as I've had better experiences in the past. We'll have to see.
