This was my first purchase at PetFlow! I found the prices to be very good. The package arrived a day earlier than expected! My only minor issue is that they don't carry all the SmartBone treats I usually give my dog.

First, how can you ask me for a review when I have not even received the cat food I ordered? Second, it took far too long for PetFlow and its pharmacy to contact my vet about the prescription food order. Third, PetFlow kept sending me incomprehensible emails. Were they even written by someone who speaks English? It wasn't always clear what they were trying to convey. I don't want a string of emails, I want my order!

Pretty easy to order and navigate. Box came pretty smashed, but nothing was crushed.

First of al I have to say that Petfow has been very dependable and transparent. Unfortunately this time I didn’t get all that was ordered and that I paid for. The packing for the merchandise needs to be better. The box’s content is so loose and moves around.
