They have what I want at the right price. If I had one complaint, the box that the food comes in is always beat up, and sometimes almost open. I know it does not originate with pet flow, but it is on the carrier they use

The dog food I ordered took longer than I expected to arrive so I had to buy another bag locally as a result. But what really bothers me is that when I called PetFlow to fond out when the dog food would ship, the CSR was intentionally evasive and wouldn't give me a straight answer. Even after I told her I didn't appreciate her being evasive she still was evasive!

Found exactly what I needed without going through several places.

The issue I have is when I place an order thinking it's shipping from a warehouse closest to my house which delivers in 3 days and after after I place order later it emails me that out of stock at that warehouse and it's shipping from a farther away warehouse which will take 5 to 7 days. So my dog only eats that food no people food he has a sensitive stomach. So I have to go to this one and only pet store to buy a bag. There should be some way when placing order what warehouse it will be shipping from so I can prepare so my dog does not run out and I'm spending double the amount.

I always go to my local pet store to get what my pets need but recently when they had run out of our favourite treats, my neighbour suggested PetFlow. Online order was super simple and the delivery could not have been any quicker. Contemplating sticking to online purchases from now on.

When I realized that I had failed to cancel a recurring subscription, they were wonderful to assist me and make this process easy. The customer service folks went "above and beyond" and were quick to assist me at this busy time of year. I will not forget their great customer service and continue placing orders with them!!!

Loved the prices initially but now the price has increased 10% in the past year. Often orders are sent from different sites which spreads out the delivery. Love the promotion 10% automatic orders but discount was swallowed up by price increases. Great Customer service!
