The person who answered the phone to help me change my order was patient in finding a solution when some items I wanted were discontinued. They are friendly and the fact that they give back 1 bowl of food for every purchase is even greater!

This is the most pathetic excuse of an IT support experience I have ever had. I cannot log into my account because I never receive the email to update my password. I have spoken to multiple people but no one can help me.
