Whenever I need to talk to an employee, each one has been friendly yet professional, with a wonderful can-do attitude. And English is their first language, which makes communications a breeze. They also carry high quality dog food; I can't get my brand from the bigger online companies. Love this company.

Six of the 12 cans were dented. 4 were to the point where I didn't use them. I did contact PetFlow. I submitted a picture of the four dented cans that I would not use, and they credited my account. I was very happy with the way they resolved the issue.

Has hard to find poducts at a great price

The treats I purchased arrived completely broken with the plastic splattered around the box and half the treats gone out of the box

Oh, we certainly can't have less treats for animals! Please give us a call at 888-316-7297 and let them know you had missing and damaged treats, we will absolutely either get you some bags or refund or credit at your preference. We're sincerely sorry for the trouble here and want to make it right.
Great customer service

My original order placed on 02/27/24 and it apparently got lost with your shipping company. It took me 6 days and many text messages to finally have your customer service team contact me. They explained that they can do nothing about my order once it leaves your warehouse. Well that is also not my problem, as I have no control till it arrives on my door step. They replaced the order on 03/05/24 and per the tracking it is still in SACRAMENTO, CA. I have set up Auto ship every 3 weeks, all in good faith that my order would be here. It has now been almost 2 weeks and I still have no order, but I am getting notices that my next shipment is on track. Well at this rate I will be getting shipments of the recurring order before I ever get my original order.

Hey there! I see you already spoke to Customer Service and we resolved on the 12th. We did escalate the lost package issue to FedEx to follow up on. We did replace the products and refunded you for anything else. We're sorry for all the trouble and of course, we're here if you need anything else!

The order shipped quickly and with everything I ordered. Although my usual food was out of stock, I found some comparable for the cats to try.
