Tried to place an order but was denied due to "fraud". No explanation as to why and no order sent. Tried to get it straightened out but nobody could help. The card used has been used for years with no issue. Terrible customer service.

The product that we use is hard to find many places, but you have had it in stock regularly. The price is good, and it almost always arrives before the estimated date!

Always receive my Fromm Gold puppy food from PetFlow. They have a great customer service team who respond quickly if you have a delivery problem with Fed Ex. Highly recommend Petslow.
