Website is not user friendly. If you need to change the credit card used on an auto-ship, you can't because it is tied to future shipments. So then you try and cancel an auto-ship, but you can't without calling. So the only thing you can do is suspend the auto-ship and create a new one.

Petflow is the only company that Fromm will sell their food from. I called Fromm and they said they refuse to sell on Chewy and other corporate conglamorates and prefer Petflow. The service I have received on Petflow has been exceptional and is delivered promptly. Their prices are good, too.

I have changed my address multiple times to my current address and I received one delivery to my new address but for some reason you keep changeover l changing my order to my old address and army my order to my old address and I never was able to get my order the new tenants at my old house said they never got an order for me so now what and I got charged as well

I've been using Petflow for several years and have been really happy with them. However they just made some changes, and not all for the better! Their new website is AWFUL! It is way harder to navigate and less user friendly (and I think less pleasing to the eye) than the old website. They got rid of some of the products they used to carry. Even though I had a product in my autoship order, there was no communication that the product would no longer be carried. They simply canceled it off my order. I had to go digging on their site to find out that they no longer offer that brand. On the plus side, it seems that any and all orders that include at least one autoship product will ship for free. Also everything on autoship gets discounted 10%, including prescriptions which were not discounted before. I'm going to keep using them for now, but I'm keeping my eyes open for a company that is easier to work with.
