I still haven't recieved the 10" straight sheers that I ordered and paid for. Still waiting. I'd like to give you a better rating but I cant until I recieve what I paid for.

Loves everything but still whiling on a product. The only thing I don't like is that it took to long to get. Shipped on June 6 and now it is June 12th

It took 8-9 months to finally get an order for replacement parts delivered. The problem was apparently due to purchasing not accounting for the lead time in getting parts from "China". Hard to endorse tables and other mechanical Pet Edge items if one cannot keep them functioning in our business.

Several items I wanted were not available. I was told this was due to PetEdge being recently bought by another Company. The new owners were bringing in the items they favored. As I recall, I was told this before- quite some time ago. If this is so, then discontinued items should not even be advertised in the new catalogue. I placed my order on the phone. My first call was taken by some guy who was as dumb as a post. When I realized this I hung up and placed another call. The second time I talked with someone who was sensible, and I placed my order. My order was received in a timely manner and I am pleased with my purchase.

PetEdge is a great company to order your animal supplies from. Been buying from them for years now and I've never had a problem. VickyR
