Items were better than expected!

Everything was in stock was very happy this time

I received my order promptly, but one item was marked as shipped separately. Turns out, this item was backordered, which I didn't find out until I contacted customer service when the item still hadn't shown up after 2 weeks. Although customer service answered my email promptly and courteously, I should have been notified long before.

After experiencing problems in the past with efficiency , I am pleased to say that I was totally satisfied with my last order. It arrived on the day quoted and all items ordered came.

I am still waiting for an order that was place over a month ago. On the 31 of July I received a e-mail saying expected ship date was August 8 still waiting and nothing. I have call numerous time and always receive a busy signal. Not happy

I am a veterinarian and have been a PetEdge customer for decades. Their prices on name brand clippers, blades, etc. are lower than I can get wholesale from any of my suppliers. I have never had a single issue with any shipment or product. I keep a constant watch on their clearance sales which have items at a 1/4 of whole sale price, which allows me to pass savings on to my clients. Thanks!
