I ordered a dryer that was on sale for $229. The delivery time to receive the dryer was great--especially since the sale also had a promotional free delivery connected to it. However, the dryer was the wrong color. I called and got a nice customer service person who took all of my information and said he would send me information to mail the dryer back. He called me back later to tell me that they do not even have the correct color for the dryer I bought. I am very disappointed. I can keep the one I have or send it back with no option to get the color I want.

Inordered several sets of clipper blades back in early September and received a. partial shipment soon afterwards. But the remaining pieces didn't show and I had to call Pet Edge to get an update that they were backordered and would be shipped soon. Still didn't see them and no updated info from Customer Service. One more showed up recently leaving me to have to call to ask about the remainder. Almost November and haven't seen another shipment. PetEdge shouldn't have taken this order if it couldn't be delivered in a timely manner. I needed these items long ago. Terrible communications from PetEdge too. Amazon next time!
