You are making me jump through hoops to return an item. You gave me a number to put on the box said it was all I would need. They want to charge 50.00 to ship it back and item was 70 something. I just want a shipping label so it won't cost me. Now I am to unpack it again and take pictures. It is a dog barrier. I am really upset about this.

Two times I order Wahl snap on combs and two time the wrong ones sent. There is a problem with the descriptions for ordering I think. Shipping Too expensive to try again. I’ve always had good service from you until lately. Use many of your products in our shop.

My cage got here in a timely fashion and only 2 trays cracked. Customer service was clear spoken easy to understand, very helpful and curtious! My replacement trays arrived a few days later with no extra charge. The Lisa's pets will be using pet edge in the future:)
