Why are you asking for a review of my purchase when I don’t have it yet? Especially considering it has been back ordered since January. I literally waited nine months for this product. The only way I knew you had it in stock is because you tried to charge my credit card which has since expired. Why don’t you send me another one when I actually have the product?

We apologize about the inconvenience, unfortunately our backorder item date is subject to change it could be sooner or it could be later. We do try our best to keep things in stock and on time for our customers. But once you receive the item you are more than welcome to leave us another review on it. I also see that we received a call on 9/28/2026 and spoke with our representative Grace to get that order cancelled since there was a new order placed with it, this new order has been shipped and should be delivered to you on Monday October 5th Thru USPS Parcel Shipping Option that was picked when placing the order online. I was unable to log on to the Pet Edge internet site. The rep tried to help with the link to change password, but it did not work. She eventually had to order my item herself and send me a copy as an email. She was very helpful.
