Pair of thinning shears I just bought don't cut anything..I don't have the time to ship back...highly disappointed..have bought from you for 26 years plus

Hi there, if there is a problem with shears you purchased a pickup tag can be issued for you, it takes no time to put the label on and put the complete shears, and packaging in a box. We will return them to our vendor for review on our end. We appreciate the feedback, and please look for a return label in your email to print and put on the box for a return of your shears. FedEx will make 2 attempts to pick up. Thank you PetEdge
