The almost $400 clipper I bought doesn't work right and now something is wrong with the charging port. I've had it maybe a week or 2. The first speed on the clipper doesn't even work once you put the blade to the fur. It only works from speed 2 and up. The charging port blinks red and doesn't charge anymore. I am an extremely busy mobile groomer. I haven't had the chance to do anything yet cause it's a headache having to return a brand new product.
