I bought the Petcube based on a friend's experience with it. It sounded like a good idea to check on my pet. I could not get it to connect & had trouble understanding the tech person at Petcube. Not being very tech savvy, I asked my son-in-law to help me. As it turns out, I do not have enough Internet capability to use the Petcube.

They really care about the effect their product has on dogs as I requested the usage of one as I am a dog trainer in a behaviorist and wanted to see how it impacts dogs that are home and I contacted Furbo as well as this company and they were all for letting me do the test whereas the other company blew me off repeatedly. So just on the basis that they would be interested in what impact their product has put some way ahead of other ones.

Very easy to set up.. Only took a few mins. Works great.. We can now watch Charley during the day while we are at work.. Even entertain her with the laser light.. Very happy with our purchase...

I love my Petcube! It's nice to be able to "keep an eye on" my furry family. I ordered the Petcube T-Shirt because I loved the "Pets are everything" logo. I love it! Its soft and comfortable. I've gotten lots of compliments, and have referred anyone who asks to Petcube's website so they can order one too.

The petcube was just what i expected. It is very clear picture of my dog on my phone. I really enjoy being able to see her while i am at work. I didn't have any trouble hooking it up. The app is very easy too!

This Petcube is awesome. My labs love when they hear the clicking of the treats loading up. They still are not sure where they land so they scramble everywhere. The night vision is the best we have had on a pet camera. It is wonderful to wake up and see how my dogs were in the night.

Never completes firmware update. Called to support with no luck. Been trying to get it going for 2 weeks. Basically a brick at this point.

We love our Petcube! There are days when my schedule can be quite busy and it is comforting to know that I can utilize my Petcube to keep an eye out on my pup, O'Conner. The app is easy to use and he absolutely LOVES chasing the laser.
