Poor quality camera. Constantly needs resetting, worked maybe 50% of the time when out. Reset camera each time before going out and still not reliable. Have thrown it out and chose the Eufy indoor camera instead - amazing and so much better

Best experience I've ever had dealing with an online "chat"/ support issue. I requested to deal with a representative and one joined the chat immediately and investigated my concern and located the issue within a few minutes. The representative was professional, located the problem - which I caused - and corrected it immediately. Thank you.

Die Pet Cube Kamera ist fester Bestandteil unseres Haushaltes und läuft immer einwandfrei wenn wir nicht zu Hause sind.Ein aktuelles Verbindungsproblem wurde binnen 1 Stunde durch den Support Dienst behoben.Eine erste Antwort auf meine Mail bekam ich schon nach 15 Minuten.Alleine hätte ich das nicht geschafft.Großes Kompliment.Ich kann die Kamera und die Firma nur empfehlen.

Excellent product. Had a wee issue with the app, emailed customer services and it was rectified in less than 30 minutes. Superb service.
