Pet Creations ArtReviews of petcreationsart.com

Sallie captured the personality and appearance of my bird masterfully. I am so impressed! I only did the digital piece since I wasn’t sure what to expect. I will definitely be coming back for more pet portraits for my dogs. Tip your artist. They are very talented and deserve it!

I wish I could give a good review because I don’t like hurting small businesses, but I also know that these products cost a lot and I don’t want someone who decides to spend a large portion of their paycheck to do so and get disappointed like me when there are smaller artists with equal talent who will do it for a fraction of the cost. So much has gone wrong with my order. When I placed my order, I specified that I needed them to state on the package somewhere who the gift was from. I am not close to the recipient and have no way of contacting him to let him know who sent the package because he is famous and does not always look at his fanmail. I ordered this work as a memorial for his cat who passed away. Not once did the company say this would be impossible for them UNTIL I paid and received several very delayed revisions. I am not totally satisfied with the artwork but I want the recipient to have the painting sooner rather than later, and it’s been a while since I ordered. They do not get revisions back to you by the specified time on the website. I was told at the end that it was impossible for them to write who the gift was from, unless I put my name directly on the artwork. This would destroy the purpose of the art. I don’t want the recipient to have my name on his memorial piece because that is really inappropriate and makes it seem as if I gifted it just to stick my name on it. I do however want him to know who it’s from and I don’t think it’s unreasonable for them to put a note somewhere on the package. It doesn’t need to be a fancy card. These products cost over £150 and it’s the least they could do to accommodate a small request. At the very least, it was deceptive to not tell me they couldn’t accommodate it until after they started the work when it was a specific request in the initial order notes. Nowhere on the site does it say they can’t put who the gift came from. Here’s the email response I got. “ Due to the high volume of orders, we receive that are gifts, we no longer include a card in our packaging. If you want, I can definitely add it to the portrait 😃”. Overall it’s been a really stressful, disappointing experience and what was a well intentioned gift has become a huge regret and waste of money. I wish I read the bad reviews on trustpilot instead of reading only the 5 star reviews on their website. I don’t believe my request was unreasonable. I said it could be scrawled on a recycled piece of paper for all I care or just written directly on the packaging to say who it was from - takes one minute and costs nothing. Really disappointing. If they had been open with me from the start, I would have canceled my order and tried somewhere else. Really deceptive to not be informed that specifications can’t be met until it’s too late to cancel. The painting doesn’t really look like the cat I’ve sent countless clear pictures of but I don’t want to waste any more time because I want the recipient to have the art while he still mourns. Sigh. I wish I could say something better. Buyers, be warned. UPDATE: I explained my situation and they have read this review and have suggested: “ if the recipient were to reach out to us we would be sure to let them that is was you that sent the parcel to them and pass on your IG handle for them to thank you.” To suggest that we wait until the recipient contact you to find out who the gift is from is absurd. This is not a mystery game to solve “whodunnit”. As I said: recipient is famous. He receives a lot of fan mail and on top of this he is grieving his lost pet. I don’t understand why I spent so much money on something and you can’t even let him know who the gift is from. Really really hurts. They also claimed I was “happy” with their work when I never expressed I was. I unenthusiastically accepted it because too much time has lapsed between revisions and I’ve given up. Shocking how they will make any excuse and refuse to be accountable and it shows how little they respect their customers. Update 2: I have been emailed with free offerings in exchange for the removal of this review. I will not be manipulated into suppressing my opinion if it can protect a single innocent buyer from going through the trouble and financial loss that I have. This was a painful experience and if I can prevent anyone else from throwing away their money, then be sure that I will try.

You did a wonderful job capturing the pets personalities. You didn't mind my changes and adds to make my picture what I wanted. You did an amazing job.

Love the product! They were really great with making a couple of adjustments at my request. Art really captures my buddy’s look!

I absolutely loved purchasing from this seller! They brought back a wonderful and unique piece of my pet rather quickly, and they allow you to request changes before giving you the final piece of artwork. My bird always has a cute little smile I honestly thought in hindsight I wished I brought up in my prior comments to sending pictures of my girl - but when I received it back, they had gotten that aspect of her perfectly! Wonderful service as well, they got back to me quickly and even after sending a thank you email I didn’t expect a response from, they responded very quickly and kindly! I will definitely be purchasing from them again!

I love my family portrait! They really will revise it as many times as you need to make it just right. Even if you have to send more pictures and the more pictures the better! highly recommend
