I had a great experience with Pet Creations. There was a slight mark on the canvas and they fixed it and sent me a new on ASAP. Will be ordering again

I’ve just received my blanket from pet creations and all I can say is WOW, it’s Gorgeous , way better than I was expecting , it’s bought as a present so I can’t show it but I know they are going to be delighted with it, In fact I’ve now ordered another one! I would highly recommend them

Really happy with my digital image I received for my sisters Christmas present, picture was ordered and emailed to me within a week for approval and when I emailed to check when the final image would be ready they were very quick at getting back to me, great picture and great customer service can't complain :)

I’m so upset with this company, it’s so misleading , I paid for what I thought was a canvas print of my daughter in laws dog that recently passed away, I was asked on paying did I want a free digital copy, I’ve been waiting for it to be delivered to be told today I have paid 43.00 for a digital copy and will need to pay a further 47.00 g FB or a canvas. This is not stated anywhere and I’m really disappointed I’ve literally paid 43.00 for a cheap copy I could have done myself. This company is a complete scam . If anyone is waiting for their order I suggest you check you to have not just received a digital copy. I’m disgusted how people can scam people out of money . Sophie if your reading this no I’m not happy I want a full refund or I will be taking you to a small claims court PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
