Great experience and customer service. I accidentally ordered twice, customer service reached out to confirm and when I told them it was a mistake on my part, I was refunded one!! Artwork for my brother turned out beautifully. I wil be ordering another soon.

My response to the first draft is that the picture does not depict my dog’s character so please refund my money. They refused and asked for feedback. I tried to explain my dog’s personality and sent several more pictures. The next drafts were not much different. I told them that my dog is sick and part of the family and I was looking for a picture so I will always remember her and that the website says 100% satisfaction. The next draft was the same picture as previous and when I pointed that out they sent another draft with minor differences from previous draft.I finally gave up and agreed to the last draft but stated to them I am not satisfied but have given up. I received the picture and put it in the closet. Money down the drain. Please be aware that they do not honor the satisfaction guarantee so proceed with caution.

Their Disney style art for your pet is really great. Reasonable time in between proofs and corrections. Final product is good.
