The team was very communicative about my purchase and what to expect. Delivery was with Estes and they helped bring the crate to my door and opened the lid to ensure my new reformer was not damaged. I would say the videos weren’t as straight forward because I felt like I needed to search for the correct ones in the app. If the videos had a filter option so I can only focus on set up rather than all of them at once, this would be awesome. Completely love my reformer and hope to have more consistent new workout videos in the app!

The sales person was so kind and helpful! Since I was there on a Saturday, I couldn't actually leave with a reformer. But he guided me to exactly what I was looking for! The Zous Pro is the perfect reformer for me. I'll be going online and ordering it soon and will definitely drive back to Columbus to pick it up on a weekday!

I was very excited to discover Personal Hour Pilates when I started searching for a reformer to purchase. I have looked in the past and finding an affordable, quality reformer, was always priced out of my budget. I was so happy when I had the option purchase a reformer that was offered at a very affordable price because it had been used in an expo for 3 days. This is not only of excellent quality but it came with a jump board, long box and other items that are included with other companies. I purchased my reformer on line directly through Personal Hour, I received updates from the time of purchase to the time of delivery, the whole process took about 3weeks. It arrived well packaged and I watched a quick video on setting it up, (my husband and son had to get it out of the crate for me). The process was easy peasy, I had it set up in less than 30mins. I am enjoying the instructional classes that are offered through Personal Hour, they are great for learning basics. If you are looking for a quality reformer you should check out Personal Hour.

I put off buying a reformer because I was worried about quality/delivery/service, and then I found Personal Hour. The entire experience was great. They recommended the reformer, kept in touch through delivery, and when it arrived it took maybe a half hour to set up. Quality is great, and I have already passed along the recommendation to a friend. Great all the way around!

I love my reformer! It shipped very quickly and arrived in great condition. The assembly video made everything easy. I’m using it a lot more often than I was going to take classes.

My wife began her pilates journey about six or seven months ago and her desire to do classes was outpacing the budget and time to visit the studio. We have a full house and a garage that is already full of other fitness equipment so we wanted to find something that would be compact enough to tuck away in our bedroom when not in use. I was initially concerned that any device we considered would either be unaffordable, too large, too compromised, or otherwise too "cheap"... Any reformer would need to be good enough that my wife still wanted to use it (vs the studio equipment) but somehow also be compact and affordable enough to fit into our home. After looking for a few weeks we ultimately decided that Personal Hour had a strong product stack that allowed us to find the price point, design, and fit/finish that would likely satisfy our needs. It shipped quicker than expected, in a surprisingly compact and sturdy shipping container. It took longer to open shipping container than it did to assemble the machine. Everything was perfect, I was able to move the unit upstairs on my own (I won't say it was EASY but it was manageable). It rolls on wheels well enough even on our carpeted floor that my wife doesn't struggle to bring it out and put it back in it's resting place. It's clear they made the right decisions to make the unit compact without reducing it's core functionality, it's sturdy, exceptionally well built, and only gives the impression that it's going to last for years. There are cheaper options, there are more expensive options, but we found Janet La Force Plus to be the right balance of not too spendy, not too cheap, and just right for us. The wood work is beautiful and it doesn't feel out of place standing against the wall when not in use. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a studio quality reformer for their home to consider the brand. You get what you pay for and this one struck the balance for us.

The value of this reformer for what you pay is excellent. All the accessories, construction, mobility, and delivery was excellent. The communication on delivery was great - it was a lot of wood packaging and a pallet that I had to pull apart and discard, but that is nitpicking. Overall great experience and the product is excellent.
