All I can say is that I would probably be lost at this point. Being a part of Perry Health helps me to understand what is important for me to live a healthier lifestyle. So far I haven’t had to get a phone call about my blood sugar levels but I have had several text messages that helped me to realize that I needed to get back on track with my testing and taking my medication.

Testing supplies always arrive in plenty of time. Between testing (LOTS) and monthly talks with a nurse and dietitian help keep me honest. 2 months on the program dropped my A1c from 8.2 to 6.8. Hopefully when I retest in October it will be down even lower.

Top notch company that cares for it's patients.

As usual the nurse was able to guide me with important information about my new medication and reassured me that I would not have the same side effects as the previous pill. It’s comforting to know that I have a place where I can get answers.
