Perl team provided a tremendous support on my process. Considering that I am not an American citizen, they found other alternatives and solutions to grant me a mortgage. Thanks Perl for your great support and assistance in my process.

As new and first time home owners my wife and I had the greatest experience with PERL mortgage. In less than 2 months we received the keys to our new house. The whole process was smooth and fast, all questions were answered and best of all was that my lender speaks the language I better communicate. We are more than thankful with Alexandra and her team. Thank you for helping us make this dream come true. A new journey has begun.
