Barry and his team at Perl were amazing to work with. The entire process was extremely smooth and Barry had our money ready at closing! I think we set a record with a 45 minute closing! Thank you Barry and team!

JP Marzano was excellent- very thorough, professional and no nonsense. He took the time to walk my through the entire loan process and answered all of my questions. Dustin also took great care with my application and made certain I got my documents in on time. I was unaware of the Physician Loan and JP clearly explained all the ins and outs. I am so satisfied with the whole process that I have told several other Physicians as well.
