My experience with Perl was amazing. My questions were always answered quickly and the closing went smoothly and painlessly! Jen Quirk did a great job helping me through this, Bridget Fiday was extremely helpfull, and Theresa Berkey was the best at closing!! I will recommend Perl Mortgage to all my friends and family! Thanks

Mark Zihmer was the best agent I have worked with. He made the process so much easier to understand and was available to our needs. I am looking forward to continue working with him and Perl mortgage. I am so blessed to have a wonderful team

Kevin and Anna were very accessible, polite, and prompt with answering all of our questions. This was however our worst experience in regards to home financing. To be fare I should add that our home sold in 4 days and everything moved VERY quickly, which I'm sure impacted the process as well as my perception. It seemed like we were frequently asked for more documentation. I felt as if every other day we had to send in one more thing. We were pre-approved for a certain amount, thought everything was going through and being confirmed, then when we were quite far along in the entire process it became evident that we may not actually get final approval from the underwriters! It was just a stressful experience with many contributing factors.

Hi Heather, We’re so glad to hear such positive feedback about Kevin and Anna, but disappointed the rest of your experience didn’t fall in line. While expedited timelines can complicate the loan process, we still strive to make every experience with Perl a smooth one. We’d certainly appreciate the opportunity to discuss further and find out how we could’ve made your experience better. Please reach out to someone on my team at 773.413.6212 Thank you, Ken Perlmutter President

This is our second time using Perl Mortgage's services. Kimberly Ruhlander is our advisor. There are simply no words for how AMAZING she is. I recommend her to all of my friends who are in the market for the purchase of a home. She makes this most daunting experience as seamless as possible.
