I have placed order 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it, can someone from perfumesandrea respond and let me know the status? I have sent multiple emails to the email address provided on the website and no respond.

Expectations exceeded! Found the only gift I requested on your website after family & friends could not locate anywhere. Gift set was reasonably priced & I received a couple of days after placing my order. Thank you; I will be making more purchases in the future.

I ordered this cologne on 12/23/21 and they promptly processed my payment. A few days later it shows they shipped the product, but as of today 1/4/22 I still have no product or tracking info. I have reached out to the seller multiple times with zero response. I do not believe this seller to be trustworthy! Now to figure out how to get my money back.
