I order 1.7 OZ bottles and received 3.4 OZ bottles. I was specifically looking for the smaller bottles to fit in a carryon when I travel.

Very upset our paul Sebastian colonge came without a sprayer inside the bottle. However the man on the phone returned our money back to our credit card very quickly. So that made me happy.

Incorrect item. I ordered the Ariana Grande Cloud perfume pack with the body wash and body lotion and perfume. Instead gave me the body mist perfume instead of the body wash

The perfume don’t looks original and half of the cap was peeling and it was for a present, too expensive for looks like that

As I had experienced an allergy to perfume recently, I asked that the order be cancelled and a refund be issued. However the item arrived. Now I must wait for a return label to return the item and get a refund. Replies take longer than expected.

I ordered the 2 piece set of men's Escape cologne and afteshave lotion. What I received was a 2 piece woman's perfume and body lotion. Emailed the company 3 days ago and have yet to hear back from them.
