I was offered a discount on my order but when I tried to use it the discount failed. Not sure if this is common I am a first time customer. Would have really liked the offer applied to order.

Good pictures but the descriptions could be enhanced. If you aren't sure what you're looking for this website doesn't help too much. I was told the products are great though so for those that know exactly what you're looking for it was a perfect place to shop.

I ordered 3 mini loops and the shipping was $10. I don't quite understand that when all 3 could be mailed in a regular sized envelope with a regular stamp. I do realize this isn't an acceptable way to ship products, however $10 for less than a quarter of a pound product (total for all 3) seems really high.

Perform Better's shipping is rather excessive.

How does it cost that much to ship a rubber band?

I like your products. Shipping cost needs to be adjusted. I understand if it's a large product, but I ordered small bands totalling $6.50 and my shipping was $10. That doesn't make sense

I've had a mix of experiences with PB. First, I took a huge hit on the shipping ($450..on a $2,500 order...ouch). I was originally quoted the $450 for shipping, which sucked, but I did it anyways...then got another e-mail saying it would be over $500. I fought that, and they were nice enough to drop it back to $450. All of the equipment came quickly and in great shape...however, one piece I ordered was on back order for 3 months. Then, when it came, it had rust on it. I spoke with another rep. from PB who said they would give me a credit on that piece of equip.... but that was only for the rack ($200...on a $1,500 set), and...the rack is NOT sold separately anyways. So....the reps are friendly and helpful, but the shipping costs and other complications that have come up leave me wondering if I will continue to do business with PB.....just undecided yet.

Too much redundancy in inputting informationion and that is annoying.
