Customer Support was great. Deducted one star for not being able to use my reward points with a coupon. Customer's should be able to use their rewards at anytime and not have to choose between a coupon or rewards.

Missing a few items because of broken delivery box.

Easy website to use

I love your products but your website kept glitching. If I edited my cart, it would mess uo the total amount due and then not let me process my order. i had to log out/in a few times until I was able to get the order through.

The person on the other end of the chat was quite helpful, though it took both of us a long while to understand the problem with the range of products (Therabands) offered. It turns out that the product I most wanted (in the silver level of resistance) is not available from Perform Better. Very disappointing, and no fault of the patient, intelligent woman chatting online with me.
