My order arrived on time, packaged well. The hanging mat wall rack did not have any screws to attach to the wall. Luckily we found some that worked. The method of attachment for the hangers seems a bit sketchy so I hope they hold up. I would have preferred a bolt to tighten on the back side. Overall I don't feel the quality of this product is as good as items previously purchased. The other items seem ok so far.

8 dollar handleing fee on top after review and check out is bad. That should be up front in the review before you pay. For the size of my order that isnt bad but not sure how it would work with orders in the thousands and more...

Their products are great for working out; however in ordering we paid $5.95 for shipping. Before the US Post office would deliver the package, we had to pay an extra $3.06 postage. It seems they had not put enough postage on the envelope.

Hello Joel, Thanks so much for reaching out, and I do apologize for the error regarding the postage for your order. It seems there was a issue when our warehouse was shipping your order and creating the USPS label. I'll go ahead and have our returns department refund that $3.06 additional cost and have that put back onto your credit card you originally used. You can expect to see that refund in the next few business days. We thank you for your order and if there's anything else I can help you with, please feel free to reach out. Thank you, Marissa Larobina M-F Athletic | Perform Better 1-800-556-7464 ext. 120 [email protected]
It seems like there should be an order amount for free shipping. Or the points should cover shipping on the next order after you spend over $200. Shipping is expensive with this company.

It was hard to make a purchase on your website because it was giving errors that didn’t make sense. I usually buy exercise equipment from Amazon because they make the process simpler and the shipping speed is fast but they don’t have everything you have like grey cook bands.

Hello Daniel, We appreciate you ordering from us and also the feedback regarding your experience, and will forward this to our web manager. We have noticed that sometimes when customers have reported issues on our site, it has been due to data clutter from cookies and cache on web browsers like Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc. This either slows down websites or blocks certain pages. A suggestion would be trying to clear your browser data and see if that helps fix the issues moving forward. As for our shipping speed, all in stock orders placed online before 2pm EST will be shipped out the same day they are placed (excluding weekends). We ship our orders generally by standard ground service (UPS, FedEx, and US Postal Service), which can deliver to most contiguous USA locations between 2-7 business days, once your order ships. We do ship out of our warehouse in Rhode Island, and it looks like you received your delivery to the west coast in just 4 business days! If you ever have any questions with the ordering process please contact us via email, phone, or live chat and we will be glad to help in any way we can. We appreciate your business and patience, Marissa Larobina M-F Athletic | Perform Better 1-800-556-7464 ext. 120 [email protected]
