I love the products but the website is difficult to navigate and find what I need hence the 4 stars.

Reasonable prices but the checkout needs upgrade. Add PayPal. And making me choose credit card then choose type of card is unnecessary

Easy ordering and they had what I needed in stock

Was able to find my items with help from Lisa in the chat. Only down side is items are out of stock, but otherwise great first exerpience.

While not the world's slickest site the PB site is functional and best of all in the COVID19 environment they are open and doing business which is commendable.

Good site, easy to use except it is not mobile friendly for my iPhone. The top menu runs together.

Need to restock some of their plates. Everything was good but the shipping charges were a bit high.

Ordering was easy. Chat said if I ordered today I will receive the item (a roller) early next week. Hope that date will be met. Looking forward to exercising with roller.
