Everything is great about my experience except it is hard to delete items from the cart before checking out.

I love all their products, the shipping this time was much faster than previous times. the reason for the star deduction was the price, if som prices were slightly lower, I would have ordered more

Shipping costs for 1 item are annoying. EDITED from 2 to 4*: As soon as I posted this, I got a reply from Perform better saying they'd switched me to slightly cheaper USPS, and that they just pass through shipping costs. Kudos for being responsive.

Was able to find almost everything I need and have always found PB to be the best quality! Wasn't able to find a couple size of bands I was looking for, but seems to make sense in restocking after COVID.

Site was slow in taking you to different parts of website. I chose this particular band because I broke the humeral head of my arm. This was a band used in therapy so I chose to buy one for home. I felt the shipping made the price higher than I expected. Code I found for free shipping did not work. Check out was easy.

Ordering experience was fine but shipping is a little steep considering what you are shipping - 4 mini bands.

I ordered from my mobile (iPhone 11). The process was a little clunky and I had to refill areas and repeat the PayPal transaction. The site itself is good, it flows ok, I’ve ordered your products before and they are A+, but the checkout needs work, almost lost me.
